Homemade Almond Milk

Here's my recipe on how I make my delicious homemade almond milk!

I recently shared this on my Instagram stories when I launched my Keto Diet Day 1 and wanted to share it with you all. I've been making this recipe for awhile now and have perfected it the way I really enjoy drinking it and the style of how its made to save time and avoid those milky hands with nut bags & cheese cloths. Hope this blog benefits you the way it has really benefited me.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Raw Almonds

4 Cups Water

1 Dried Date

1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1-2 Drops of Coconut Extract

Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Soak overnight raw almonds in water, drain water once completed.

Insert almonds into a blender with all ingredients provided above.

Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Use a strainer, and strain almond milk into a bowl.

The almond pulp will remain in the strainer to be pressed with a spoon.

Set aside pulp or store in the refrigerator for an alternate use.

Pour the strained milk into a milk jar and store in the refrigerator 3-4 days or until almond milk goes bad.

Must shake almond milk each time before use, this will mix the ingredients that tends to float at the top of the jar once stored.

Enjoy!
